Correspondence, bills and receipts, specifications documenting the construction of a house for Raymond R. Herrmann at 1357 Raymond Avenue (at the corner of Raymond and Carter Avenues) in the St. Anthony Park area of St. Paul, Minnesota. Much of the correspondence is with Rev. Charles Edgar (C. E.) Haupt, superintendent of the Breck School, who apparently was the contractor. Includes photocopies of blueprints of the house. Also included are photocopies of blueprints for the remodeling of the kitchen (1951).
